All families will be required to fill this sheet out annually for each child that is attending Mill Pond Music Academy (MPMA).

This is not a contract. We are just making sure we are all on the same page to avoid confusion in the future.

  • So whether you have 2 or 5 lessons in one month, the tuition payments are designed to give you consistency over the 10-months of the school year.

  • ~Lessons must be completed September 1 – June 16, 2024 Recital
  •  Right at Home price (38 lessons + 2 recitals) x $40=$1600/10 months = $160/month)
    • NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR RIGHT AT HOME LESSONS
• YEAR-ROUND LEARNING PACKAGE (BEST VALUE)
  • (46 lessons/YEAR  + 2 recitals) x $35=$1680 – 1 free lesson = $1645/12 months= $137/month

  • Right at Home price (46 lessons + 2 recitals) x $40=$1920/12 months = $160/month

• SUMMER LEARNING PACKAGE ~can always be added to the School Year Package

_______ I understand that the most successful students attend their lessons regularly YEAR-ROUND.  Private lessons are a big commitment.
_______ I understand that when I must cancel (for any reason) via the Student Portal, I will automatically receive a personalized recorded video lesson UNLESS I request a virtual lesson to be taken at the regularly scheduled day and time.
_______ I understand that lessons may have to be virtual on an Allentown snow day from school. I will check my email to see if my lessons will be held as usual at the Academy.
_______ I understand that the entire MILL POND MUSIC ACADEMY schedule COMPLETELY resets EVERY September and again the day after the JUNE recital when we start our 8-week SUMMER SESSION.  August 1 is when REGISTRATION opens for CURRENT STUDENTS, and August 5 is when REGISTRATION opens for NEW STUDENTS.
_______ I understand that I cannot assume that I will receive the same time slot every year, and that preference is always given to our current students when it comes time to schedule for summer and fall.​


TUITION PAYMENTS

• make online payments or select the auto-payment feature
• Cancel a lesson for any reason (which will send a notification to your teacher automatically-and you can include a personal note) Please NO texts, calls or emails. Use the STUDENT Portal.
• If you don’t know your portal login information, just email us your request at office@millpondarts.com

• Cash   (place in envelope and please label with student’s name and drop in lock box outside of Room #3)
• Checks made out to Mill Pond Music Academy, please and mail to Office Administrator Mill Pond Music Academy, 42 South Main Street, Allentown, NJ  08501 and please label with student’s name!

• VENMO BUSINESS ACCOUNT
