Alaina StampePiano ~ Voice ~ BORDENTOWNAlaina Stampe is a graduate from The College of New Jersey, where she earned a dual major in vocal music and psychology. She has been teaching private lessons for 2 1/2 years. As a voice instructor, she specializes in classical and musical theatre; as a piano instructor, she specializes in classical solo piano and piano accompaniment.
Alaina has privately studied voice for 9 years under various instructors, training in both classical and musical theatre technique. She has also studied piano for 15 years and performed at Carnegie Hall after winning the Music Fest Grand Prix in 2016. Alaina has been involved in musical theatre for the majority of her life, participating onstage as a performer as well as offstage in music direction and production management. Alaina has also worked as the director and choreographer of Mill Pond Arts’ two-week musical theatre camp for 4 years. Alaina aims to shape students into well-rounded performers with a strong understanding of their instrument, and places an emphasis on building musicianship in order to become a true musician. |
