Music is my passion and I love nothing more than to share that enthusiasm with my students, demonstrating artistic techniques and skills.  I am known for acquiring the best teaching materials and incorporating music theory, aural skills and practical techniques in all of my lessons. Motivating students to make progress and encouraging parents to cooperate as practice managers ensures that students can get the most out of their study.

A side note from Mr. Pete:
As a youth, Gary did not only take private lessons, but was a rock star at his Creative and Performing Arts High School.  As a CAPA student he was integral member of All-Philadelphia High School music ensemble and participated in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) ensemble program at the district level.

As a violin major from the Philadelphia area, he plays in several orchestras and string ensembles and has gained a vast first-hand knowledge of symphony orchestra repertoire as well as an eclectic library of classical music and  arrangements of modern pieces as well as performing for Broadway musicals.
